Pricing Policy:

We at Witamy International provide the facility to our clients by making reservations for stay at Lowest rates for all accommodations worldwide, with a reliable 24/7 customer support to handle all the accommodation requirements. The prices we offer on Witamy International normally include Lodging charges, taxes (unless otherwise specified), and, in some circumstances, meals (breakfast / lunch / dinner). It never includes any personal expenses or other extra charges like as phone calls, personal care, entrance fees, restaurant bills and so on.

General Terms & Conditions:

Witamy International Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the witamyinternational.com website.

We at Witamy International offer a quick, safe and transparent method of booking accommodation worldwide, associating with top hotels and various types of accommodation around the world to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our clients.

We at Witamy International provide the facility to our clients by making reservations for stay at Lowestrates for all accommodations worldwide, with a reliable 24/7 customer support to handle all the accommodation requirements.

Witamy International provides Hotel Accommodation (all categories), Apartment Hotels with Short stay, fully/partly furnished apartments; Long stay, fully/partly furnished apartments; Short stay unfurnished apartments; Long stay unfurnished apartments. On the receipt of a request from the client Witamy International will provide multiple / feasible options to the client along with the cancellation policy. Witamy International will confirm the booking only after the receipt of an email confirmation from the authorized Travel coordinator of the client. On receipt of a confirmation of the booking/reservation our Specialist will send confirmation of the Reservation by e-mailed on receipt of the payments. In cases of the reservation for any reason has to be amended or cancelled the client must contact the Reservation Team via e-mail to operations@witamyinternational.com before the cancellation deadline for that specific booking/hotel. We do not accept cancellations or amendments over the telephone. The cancellation fees will be in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as there are administrative costs and retention fees associated with this.

The hotels, coaches, and other facilities listed in a tour are not owned or under the company's control. Therefore, we are not responsible because we are the tour operator for the package where there has been no negligence on the part of the firm, supplier, or agents, or Where the failures in fulfilment of the contract are attributable to the customer, or Where the failures are attributable to a third party and are unexpected or inevitable, or Where the failures are due to extraordinary and unpredictable circumstances beyond your control, or Where the failures are due to an incident which you or your supplier even knew about.

Please be aware that all good hotels generally have check-in and check-out times of 1200 hours. (IST). Early check-in and late check-out fees are therefore not included in your stay cost. We can always request an early check-in or a late checkout if necessary, but we cannot guarantee either because it depends entirely on the hotel's policy, the time of year, and the availability of the room.

We do our best to present hotel information as accurately as possible, we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any facilities that may or may not be available at the hotel during your client's stay or not suited to your client's individual tastes and preferences.

Redecoration/ renovations and maintenance are necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, however the hotelier will endeavor to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. Witamy International cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to our client beyond the hotelier’s control nor for accidents or loss in a hotel caused by hotel management or staff.

We have no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to implement for guest room incidentals such as air conditioning, safe box, mini fridge, hire of television remote etc. Any such charges must be paid direct to the hotel and Roomfactory.com cannot be held responsible for any incidental charges passed on by the hotel. Hotel and guest room photographs are provided to give a general overview of the hotel.

Witamy International Pvt Ltd accepts payments made by cash, check, demand draft, credit card, and electronic funds transfer for all transactions. If you choose to pay with a credit card, a 2% surcharge will be applied to the total of your invoice.

We acknowledge that we are entirely responsible for the booking request you make, and as a result, we accept responsibility for any errors made by our employees or other agents. However, we would like to call your attention that we do not take responsibility for uncontrollable events like natural disasters, labour disputes, reasons for the threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, technical issues with transportation, extreme weather conditions, closure of airports and sea ports, and similar events that are not within our control or are brought on by unusual and unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

While we always try to provide our clients with a positive and trouble-free experience, things do occasionally go wrong. If you have any complaints, please let us know right away. We'll take urgent action to address the issue. Within three days of the stay's ending, you must give us written response if the matter has not been handled to your satisfaction. The investigation and resolution of the complaint will be impacted if you don't write to us within this time frame. Any conflicts that may arise between customers and Witamy International Pvt Ltd. shall be subject to the laws of India.
